Housing search for your employees south of Berlin
Sending staff to the area around BER Airport, Königs Wusterhausen or Zossen for a few weeks or several years? I find suitable housing, view it on site and support your employees until the contract is signed. You only pay once a home has been found.

Packages
- Long-term housing search: EUR 990 net per employee. Search for unfurnished long-term rental housing, up to four accompanied viewings, support until the lease is signed.
- Temporary housing: EUR 590 net per employee. Search for furnished accommodation for up to six months, such as serviced apartments, furnished flats or boarding houses.
- Groups of four or more sharing one property: group price per property, on request.
Not included: registration at local authorities, furnishing, and support after move-in. This keeps the price low and predictable.

South of Berlin around BER Airport: Bestensee, Königs Wusterhausen, Zossen, Wildau, Mittenwalde, Schönefeld and south-east Berlin. Other locations on request. I live in Bestensee and work in these towns every week.
Who pays for the housing search?
Your company. The employee pays nothing. We invoice per employee once a home has been found and the contract has been signed.
How much does it cost?
A search for long-term housing costs EUR 990 net per employee. A search for furnished accommodation for up to six months costs EUR 590 net per employee. Groups of four or more sharing one property get a group price per property.
Which areas do you cover?
South of Berlin: Bestensee, Königs Wusterhausen, Zossen, Wildau, Mittenwalde, Schönefeld near BER Airport, and south-east Berlin. Other locations on request.
How long can employees stay?
From a few weeks to several years. For assignments up to six months, the furnished temporary housing package fits best; for longer assignments, the long-term housing search.
Do you provide documents in English?
Yes. Quote, price sheet and framework agreement are available in English and German.
How many employees need a home?
Send me the workplace, period and number of people. You will receive an assessment and the price sheet shortly.
